“Outstanding customer service! Bakers is now my go-to auto repair shop. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful. My family has brought multiple different vehicles there and every time they do an amazing job. Super accommodating and flexible, they’re willing to work with you to see what best fits your schedule. “We brought our 2014 Highlander to Bakers Autobody with some serious damage done in a parking lot by a shopping cart. Bakers Auto donates to the local baseball programs and does some advertising with them. I coach in town, appreciate that and thought I would give them a try. The Bakers were so helpful and professional in every way. They were quick to have answers about the insurance company, helpful with the rental car and even helped me have my windshield replaced while my vehicle was there for their repair. Most importantly, they stood by their work! There was an issue while I had my vehicle at the shop. There was some additional damage when I came to pick it up. I felt Mr. Baker was as surprised as I was and as upset as I was. We reviewed some photos and the damage wasn't there when I dropped it off. He assured me he would take care of it. After taking a closer look the damage was clearly done by the glass company that changed my windshield. My insurance company had given me a list of 3 companies to pick from for the windshield and I went with the one most local. Mr. Baker called them to report the damage and they did not stand by their work. Bakers Auto fixed the damage the very next week and even offered me a rental car, which I thankfully declined. I have been finding that service has been lacking everywhere I go lately. Not at Bakers. This is a nice local family run shop that donates to the community and stands by their work. Highly recommended and well deserved!!”

“I was referred to Baker by Mayflower Service Center. I have an old outback with a sunroof that is starting to corrode. He took some time to look it over with me, told me what options I had for a true fix and what that would cost, and then gave me some detailed DIY solutions to try myself first. Didn't charge me anything for his time. Everyone came across as nice, professional, and honest.”

“I was told that Baker's Auto Body did spectacular work by individuals at Mayflower Service of Plymouth. OMG were they "right on the money." My car, a mercury Milan Hybrid 2010, had a few scratches here and there, but not any more!

The vehicle looks like it just came out of the new car dealer's showroom, maybe even better. The owner quoted me a very fair price.

I would go back to this establishment "in a heartbeat."”

“These guys are incredible. They took my rusted out jeep that should have gone to the scrap yard and made it showroom new again. They are friendly and honest. If it can be done, they will do it expertly. I'm not a fan of get it done fast like most shops. These guys get it done right. I will never use another shop as long as Baker is around!”

“I cannot say enough about Baker's Auto! From the phone call inquiring (speaking to Amy Baker) to interacting with Chris Baker (owner) this has been one very positive experience. I even dealt with others when dropping off and picking up the car and every step along the way each experience was a positive one! No one likes to have a car accident, but Baker's Auto helped in innumerable ways to make this an easy experience. They are all pleasant and professional, take care of dealing with the insurance company, are happy to answer questions that arise. Baker's do EXCELLENT work, and even go above and beyond what they need to do. I would never consider going anywhere else after dealing with the Bakers family run business. Shortly after we got our car back a good friend had a car accident and I was pleased to be able to recommend a top notch company and she too was a very happy customer. THUMBS UP Bakers!”

“Great Service! I broke down outside of Baker's Auto shop with no idea what was wrong with my car. Chris was instantly helpful. He brought out a portable battery charger, and when that didn't work him and his son said they would figure out what was wrong with it and fix it ASAP. My car died at noon and by 4:30pm it was fixed, inexpensively and ready for pick up. YAY Chris at Baker's Auto, I recommend your shop to everyone!!”
